7th Grade Orchestra
Welcome back to Year 2 of Orchestra!!! Great things are in store for the 7th grade classes!
Things you will need...
The Essential Elements for Strings Book 2 is the required book for all 7th Graders in Orchestra. Students are expected to keep Book 1 as well!!!
Also, it is required that each student has the following supplies appropriate for their instrument:
• Instrument (Rented during the first week of school)
• D'Addario Eclipse Chromatic Tuner / Metronome
• Don’t Fret Position Indicator (Matching the size of your instrument)
• Everest shoulder rest that fits the size of the instrument (Violins and Violas only)
• Extra set of strings (Violin/Viola/Cello Only)
• Good Quality Rosin
• Xeros End Pin Anchor (for Bass students only)
• Xeros End Pin Strap (for Cello students only)
• Cotton cloth for wiping off instrument
